A writer and their inspiration to write…never come between the two because they are probably already at loggerheads. Your story is a wonderful example of this. Awesome work! 🙂

The relationship between artist and muse is often a toxic one
(; ̄︶ ̄)
And somehow the more toxic it is, the more people would start to gravitate around the artist’s work.

So true. We are all broken in one way or another, though some of us won’t admit it, and we gravitate towards the brokenness in others. We gravitate to those people, places or things in which see pieces of ourselves.

Very relatable piece. I enjoyed the ‘noir’ aesthetic of it.
