“I wish I could write my feelings on the wings of a blue butterfly,” she said. “And then follow it around the room with a burning candle or a lighter until I burn it to a crumpling crisp. I would write about you on those wings, of course. I would go to sleep dressed in funeral attire, hiding your solar plexus between my legs, your skull between my breasts, my tongue circling around and around over and over again inside your orbits. I would decorate your skeletal mouth with rose petals and stick thorns between your teeth. And how many vertebrae do you think I can swallow without choking? D’you think that with training, in time, I could deep throat your whole spine?” His lips parted for a reply but she quickly sealed them back with a finger dipped in her body juices “Shh, don’t answer me with words, darling…

And now the dark smoke

took the shape of

“It hurts,” he cried

“Oh, shut up,” the smoke cat

said, “Be a man. In this

So start with your father,

“But I’m scared of blood,”

he cried. “And it

“You’re scared because

you’re still not a man

He didn’t want to die

she didn't hide it No, she held it in full display in her living room It was a baby's head floating in a jar "I wish I could just unseal it and open the eyes," she said. "It would really look infinitely more beautiful if it had its eyes open. Maybe I could snip off the eyelids. But I'm afraid I won't be able to seal the jar back. This small wonder has been taken from a research lab. The baby was born dead so the mother, not a Christian one I take it, had donated its body for science. I too lost a baby, only mine died before exiting the womb. And I had this nerdy boyfriend at the time. He worked in the research lab and stole this for me. This is what true love is like. I tried again and again to get pregnant…

Tomberonul din alee

( ^◡^)っ English version HERE!

de Bogdan Dragoș

lumea se făcea tot mai rece
pentru că vremea
imita inimile oamenilor,
așa i s-a spus lui
într-un vis

Oamenii n-au vrut să-i
dea un loc în lume
așa că i-a rămas tomberonul
din alee
și a trebuit să împartă tomberonul
din alee cu câinii.
Sau mai degrabă câinii au trebuit
să-l împartă cu el

Oricum,
au căzut de acord

Și cel puțin acest colț
de lume
se făcu ceva mai călduț

a dog doesn’t know

much about

the world,

as most animals don’t

and they don’t care

about the world

or about their inability

to comprehend it

Animals are perfectly

self-centered,

like human babies

Well I knew this girl

who was an animal rights

activist

and couldn’t make her

peace with

animals not following their

owners to heaven

Animals don’t go to heaven,

is what religion stated

She had visited heaven

a few times

and came back. It’s done through

intense meditation

and with the help of

a few special mushrooms

And every time she had

visited heaven

she saw no

animals there

If heaven doesn’t have

pets

then heaven is not worth

going to,

she concluded

and she meditated some

more and

had more out-of-body

experiences

and experimented with

new shrooms and herbs

It eventually became clear

to her

that animals don’t go

to heaven

because they…

"But real love," she says, "is when you'd sew your skin into the skin of your lover to become one. If I could cut off my arm from the elbow and cut yours off as well and join them together as one limb, I'd go for it. I'd then follow with the other arm, then the legs, and finally the chests and the foreheads and lips. We'd die of course, but that would be the beauty of it. We'd die together, as one. We'd become a mass of filth and puss and rot and eventually melt into a…

Un mort inteligent

(ノ*・ω・)ノ*. ☆゚ English version HERE!

trenului și acuma saracu’ are
șoc post-traumatic, depresie, e pe cale să-și
piardă slujba, soția mea își reconsideră
intențiile de-a fi cu el.
Viața lui e nașpa, ce să mai zic?

– Uau... ești un mort inteligent, nu glumă.

"You are going to die," she told him He was silent for a moment and then said, "I know." "I mean very soon," she added. "The Holy Mother Spirit Guardian told me. She said, one of the men you're sleeping with, the one you met at the bar and watched him drink half a whiskey bottle by himself, is going to die a very premature death." "Thank God," he said at the moment there were better things to do than ask him to clarify but his words became clear to her a few days later when she drove to the construction site he worked at to pick him up his coworkers said that he's no longer among them "Poor bastard locked himself in one of the finished rooms on the ground floor," they said. "He often did that. Locked himself in the bathroom too, sometimes for hours…

before the

by the window

and tapped swiftly

on the screen

of the cheap tablet he’d

bought second hand

It had only a few apps

and the one

he used was

the notes app

It’s hell having to tap

on a screen

to write

but the alternative was

scratching words with

a pen on

paper

and those couldn’t be sent

anywhere these days

He had to get with

the times

At night he kept dreaming

of a device that

would turn one’s thoughts

into written words.

The future will

bring that for sure, but

for now he couldn’t even

afford

a small laptop

It’s hell having the

words in

you, ready to blaze out,

and not being able to

offer them the means

Oh, he

was frustrated, alright

And behind him a

woman’s voice

kept asking ‘when’

“When what?”

he snapped…
