      1. I just wanted to ask like I was thinking of writing a poem on a prompt or topic every day… But even when I have topics in mind, I can’t frame a poem at all. As I sit to do so, I turn all blank. So I thought it would be quite helpful if you could tell me how am I supposed to begin with this writing…

        1. Hmm… here’s a good advice that I won’t take credit for:
          “Allow yourself to write badly.”

Don’t go into it with high expectations. Just write a piece however bad or ugly it is. Then leave it alone for a while and only think about the subject briefly, without making it a priority. You’ll see how the good ideas visit you then.

And even if the ideas aren’t good, go back to your piece and rewrite/edit

This is how you reach a good product in the end.
It’s not about coming out with a great write on the first try, it’s about refining a bad write into a good one 🙂
